Worth understanding the other side of the aisle a bit at times, and this is a good example (more details within the thread)
I keep talking to LPs about this and will probably continue for some time - in place rents do not mean you can get the same rents when the lease rolls. Very important for LPs to understand the difference between gross and effective rents when looking at both the performance of existing investments and prospective ones
